Dr Rashmi is a Physician with over 25 years of clinical and administrative experience in Health Care, especially Women’s Sexual and Reproductive Health and Family Planning. She is passionate about increasing access to quality health care for all. She brings with her an expertise in technical and skill training, capacity building, quality improvement and health education. Over the past five years, she has worked on public health programs with Abt Associates, PCI, Oxford Policy Management and Population Services International.

Rashmi has an MBBS degree from the Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health Management from PHFI, and a Master’s in Public Health from the Global Institute of Health Care Management in Delhi.
