Rup has more than three decades of experience in leading the Human Resource function across corporate as well as the not-for-profit Sector. He is currently the Founder and Principal Consultant at Rachis –HR, a human resource consultancy organization. Rup has been associated with organizations like Siemens, Lucent Technologies, Huawei Technologies, C-DoT and Population Services International. He has designed and led several innovative initiatives in the areas of Compensation & Benefit, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Change Management and Organization Development, besides partnering with the senior leadership teams to envision and chart out people strategies to meet business goals. With a postgraduate diploma from Institute of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, he is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, an accredited Coach from International Coach Federation and a trainer for the signature program on Steven Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
Mr. Ashutosh Kaushik has more than two decades of extensive experience both in the corporate and development sectors. He holds an executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kolkata and a Post-Graduation in Financial Management. Prior to joining FRHS India, he had worked in leadership roles in Micro Insurance Academy (MIA), Population Services International and the like. During his close to 9 years of long association with the organisation, Mr. Kaushik took up various leadership roles, including a stint at MSI Timor Leste Program in 2018. Mr. Kaushik is also a passionate trekker, and uses his free time to wander off the lofty mountains.
Vivek has nearly three decades of experience in designing, evaluating and implementing contraceptive social marketing programmes in India, Uganda, Kenya, Zambia, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Nepal and Sudan. He is currently heading Population Health Services India (PHSI) as the Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, PHSI has emerged as a large social marketing organization providing high quality and affordable family planning and reproductive health products to couples across the country. PHSI provides protection from unwanted pregnancy to over four million couples in India annually.
A chartered accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he started his career in the finance sector with Population Services International. He later moved on to MSI Reproductive Choices in 1995 as the Country Director, Uganda before moving back to India in 1999 to found and lead PHSI.
Pratik is a seasoned social sector professional with over 35 years of experience across the United Nations, international NGOs, the Indian government, and the private sector. He is currently the President of Prayatna NGO and the Founder Director of Sashakt Foundation. Earlier, he served as the CEO of Magic Bus India Foundation, where he scaled the organisation from a small programme in Mumbai to 23 states, reaching over 400,000 children and youth, and later as the Executive Director of Magic Bus Global.
An electrical engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, Pratik began his career in the corporate sector before joining the Indian Civil Services in 1992. His four-year tenure with the National AIDS Control Programme at the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare inspired him to transition fully to the social sector. In 2006, he moved to the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), Regional Office for South Asia, to lead a project on drugs and HIV. A native of Bihar, Pratik is deeply committed to empowering young people to shape a better future.
